They have a big chance tonight to get back into the 5th spot and just a matter of 3 points behind Aston Villa if they beat them away from home. Liverpool slipped yet again away at Wolves last night, losing that game. Ahead of the game tonight, Rosenior was speaking to the media, and there has been some embargoed quotes that have come out over night, some of which have been picked up on the Chelsea website.
Rosenior said:
“I want to find out about people’s character not just when times are good, but when times are difficult as well,’ he said. ‘What I want is a consistent winning team, and to have a consistent winning team, you need consistent behaviours and habits regardless of what’s happening to you individually.
“Every player knows from the conversations I’ve had that how they operate day to day – not just in training but in meetings – affects my team selection.”
In other news today…
Speaking after the defeat to Arsenal from Sunday afternoon, Liam Rosenior, has come out and called for a rule change regarding corners.
Meanwhile, Reece James’ father has been given the task of working with incoming wonderkid Dastan Satpaev in his own youth academy, keeping it all very close to home.
