Girona celebrates the 5th anniversary of The Great Search with more mystery and new prizes

Girona FC will celebrate a new edition of The Great Search next Thursday, February 12, one of the most anticipated initiatives for the fans, which this year reaches its fifth anniversary with notable novelties and more excitement than ever.

The Great Search is a participatory game that invites the Club's supporters to go out into the streets to find the hidden prizes in different towns. In this edition, participants will have the chance to win two tickets for the Girona FC – FC Barcelona match, which will be played at Montilivi on Monday, February 16 at 9 PM.

A 5th anniversary full of novelties

On the occasion of this very special edition, the Club is introducing three main novelties that will make the search even more challenging and exciting:

More secrecy: this year, neither the times nor the towns where The Great Search will take place will be announced until 30 minutes beforehand. However, the most observant fans will be able to find all the hidden clues within the official announcement video, where the keys are subtly revealed to get ahead.

An extra prize at each location: in addition to the two tickets for the Girona–Barça match, a second very special prize will also be hidden in all the towns: the third kit of Orgull Gironí, a symbol of the Club's identity and values.

Change of format to make the search more challenging:This year, the prizes will not be hidden in chests but in envelopes, a more discreet format that will make them even harder to find and will test the participants' ingenuity and attention.

All clues and updates about The Great Search will be published exclusively through the Stories on the official Instagram account of Girona FC, a key channel to follow the game's progress.
