Former players in the image included his older brother Peyton Manning, along with Tom Brady, Joe Montana, Billie Joe Armstrong, Eli, Lynn Swann, Jerry Rice and Jalen Hurts — each dressed in the same navy blue and white letterman jacket with the NFL insignia on the front.
Steve Young, 64, also recapped the reunion with a tweet.
“Too many [goat emoji]’s in one photo,” the former football player wrote along with his photo.
On newsstands now, PEOPLE's latest special edition issue covers Bad Bunny's groundbreaking career, from his earliest days to headlining the Super Bowl LX halftime show and making history at the Grammys. The 96-page issue is now on Amazon. A print edition in Spanish is available exclusively here.
Eli has won the Super Bowl MVP award twice, once for helping the New York Giants triumph over the New England Patriots in 2008’s Super Bowl XLII and later in 2012’s Super Bowl XLVI.
The New Orleans native is one of only six players in the National Football League’s history to win the award multiple times.
Ahead of the big game, Brady, 48, spoke exclusively to PEOPLE at EA Sports Presents Madden Bowl about spending time with his football family.
"Oh, I got all my friends!" the father of three said on Friday, Feb. 6.
"They're all down here. We got Julian [Edelman] with me right here. He's usually pretty fun to hang out with," he said jokingly of his longtime New England Patriots teammate. The pair won three Super Bowls together in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
Brady’s close friend and retired Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was also in town for the festivities.
"Yeah, we always have a great time. These are my brothers," he said, later adding, "It's nice to be in the Bay Area. It's my hometown, so a lot of cool things came together.”
