Jake Paul is set to return to the ring in 2026, with his team confirming he’ll continue his boxing career.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer has a record of 12-2, and some fans thought he might step away from the sport after his latest defeat.
Paul suffered a broken jaw in that loss, which came in the sixth round against former two-time heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua.
Despite that setback, Paul and his camp are already working on plans for a comeback, looking to bounce back stronger than before.
When Jake Paul could return to boxing
There’s been some talk from Jake Paul’s camp about when fans might see him in the ring again, with Nakisa Bidarian, his business partner, giving an update on the plans.
The co-founder of Most Valuable Promotions pointed to a potential return later in 2026. “He wants to come back,” Bidarian told Sky Sports. “He’s asking me to start negotiating some fights.
“I think anywhere from August to November, you can expect Jake Paul to be back in the boxing ring.
“I want him to come to the UK and fight. That’s what I would love to see.”
Jake Paul is targeting Tommy Fury
Three years ago, Tommy Fury handed Jake Paul his first loss in the boxing ring. It was a split decision win for Tyson Fury’s younger brother when they met in February 2023.
Now, Paul is looking for a chance to even the score with Fury later this year.
“He wants to prove to the world that he can beat Tommy Fury,” Bidarian said. “Jake, before Joshua, had one loss on his record, and that was Tommy Fury.”
“I would love for that fight to happen because I think it’s a great barometer of how far Jake has come,” Bidarian continued. “I don’t think he [Fury] has developed as much as Jake has over the last three years. Because he hasn’t been as focused on boxing.”
Bidarian also spoke about why another fight between Paul and Fury could generate significant interest: “There was more internet interest in Jake Paul versus Tommy Fury in the UK than any Tyson Fury fight over the past five years… That includes Jake Paul versus Anthony Joshua.
