Jordan Stolz made American history at his first Olympic games. Can he do the same in 2026?
At the 2022 Beijing Games, Stolz became the third-youngest American male to compete in speed skating at the Olympics. While he didn't medal, finishing 13th in the 500m and 14th in the 1000m, a lot has changed since. Now, he's taking on Milan as a favorite.
Stolz will compete across four speed skating events – the 500m, 1000m, 1500m and mass start. And in those first three races, he's the best in the world, winning ISU Speed Skating World Cup titles for the second consecutive season at the recent competition. He set a handful of track records, too.
