Seedy Jatta, a 22-year-old Norwegian forward of Gambian descent, was on the verge of joining Schalke 04 on the final day of the transfer window. However, the transfer ultimately wasn't completed before the 8 p.m. deadline.
The striker has been playing for Sturm Graz since 2023 and continues to rise in value: this season, he has netted 5 goals in 30 matches, including 3 in the league. A Norwegian U21 international (10 caps, 1 goal), he is under contract until June 2027 and is valued at around €1.5 million.
