TOPEKA (KSNT) – Jaliya Davis continues to shine on the hardwood.

The freshman phenom scored 28 points and had 12 rebounds in Kansas’ 81-60 win over BYU.

The game was tied at 32-32 at the end of the half, but the Jayhawks would go on a 9-0 scoring run to open up the third quarter.

The ‘Hawks shot 48% from the floor and just over 30% from three. The Cougars shot just 30% from the floor all game.

The Jayhawks now sit at 14-10 overall and 4-8 in conference play.

KU will be back at Allen Fieldhouse on Feb. 7 when they host the Cincinnati Bearcats. Tipoff is set for 4:30 p.m.
