Gerwyn Price continues to be heavily occupied in his life away from darts but says he is targeting glory at the Premier League as he looks to rediscover his best form.
Farming, running a chip shop and hoping for a Welsh rugby revival occupy Gerwyn Price's thoughts at present.
But sitting at the forefront of the 40-year-old's mind is a tournament he is yet to win. The Premier League.
The Welshman will compete in the showpiece event for the eighth time this year and remains determined to lift the trophy for the first time.
"I want to win as many majors as I can and win the ones that I haven't won, and this is one of them," he said.
"Fingers crossed it's going to be a good season for me, (hopefully I'll) make the play-offs and hopefully lift it."

Following the crushing disappointment of his shock second round exit at the 2026 World Darts Championship, Price has made an encouraging start to the new campaign having reached the semi-finals of the Bahrain Darts Masters, Saudi Arabia Darts Masters and the World Masters.
And while determined to build on his positive run, the former world champion always has an eye on the future.
Price, who owns his own takeaway in his south Wales hometown of Markham, is also hoping to enter the world of farming.
He recently purchased land in nearby Treharris and has suggested he will document his efforts in running the farm.
"I'm just putting in for some planning now, so fingers crossed I'll be able to do what I want to do and get the farm the way I want it to be," he explained.
"My brother works for me, so he'll give me a hand and then the other family members will get stuck in and start milking some cows, I think."
There is also the small matter of the upcoming Six Nations for Price to keep across.
The former rugby player - who played in the Welsh Premiership and briefly for United Rugby Championship side Glasgow Warriors - will sandwich his efforts on night one of the Premier League in Newcastle on Thursday and Players Championship 1 in Germany on Monday by watching his beloved Wales take on England at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham on Saturday.
"We're playing England this weekend and hopefully that'll be a bit of a turnaround," he said.
"For the boys there, they've got a new coach and fingers crossed they'll play a little bit better than what they have for the last few seasons.
"I'm going with my mates, I've been invited to a box up there, so I'm going up on Saturday and then out to Germany for the Pro Tour on Monday."
With such a busy lifestyle, Price has been determined to improve his fitness and health of late.
The 2023 Premier League runner-up regularly exercises and has altered his diet and, crucially, is feeling the benefits of doing so.
"I just do my own thing. I haven't got any programme or a diet plan or a fitness plan, I just go to the gym, I do what I fancy doing on the day and I try and eat as healthily as I can," he said.
"I still eat rubbish food when I want to, but just not so much of it.
"I've gone from an extra large top to a large top, my waist size has gone down and I don't have to breathe in so much anymore."
Despite putting plenty of time into his life away from the oche, Price remains intent on showing he is still a formidable force in darts.
And with a little more belief, Price feels 2026 could be yet another big year when it comes to his bread and butter.
"I need to be a lot more positive when I'm away because I used to think when I'm away, I wanted to be home and when I was home, I wanted to be away," he said.
"Just missing that tournament (Grand Slam) gave me a kick up the backside and I think while I'm away, I need to give it 110% and be a little bit more positive."
