Ghislain Ahoudo is taking on a new international challenge. The Beninese defensive midfielder has officially signed with Al-Arabi SC, a club competing in the Saudi First Division.
Arriving as a free agent after his stint with AS Gabès in Tunisia, the former Dadjè FC captain will now play in a third league in his career. The contract runs until the end of the season, with an option for an additional year.
Barely arrived, Ahoudo was thrown straight into the action. He made his debut right away in the away match against Al-Ula, coming on as early as the 8th minute after a teammate was injured, despite a 2-1 defeat. This rapid integration is a clear sign of the trust his new club has in him.
