The Erie Times-News will compile a list of top performances by District 10 athletes for the week of Feb. 2-7.

Each week during the PIAA's winter sports season, the Erie Times-News will compile a list of notable performances by District 10 athletes. The lists will conclude in mid-March.

This week's top performers are:

Girls basketball

Tori Harvey, Kennedy Catholic: She scored a team-high 22 points during the Golden Eagles’ 43-40 win over the Lakeview Sailors.

Payton Liederbach, Oil City: Her 25 points topped the offense for the Oilers, who defeated the rival Titusville Rockets 59-46.

Mia Washburn, Cathedral Prep: Her 17 points were the most for the Ramblers en route to their 64-12 rout of the Erie High Royals.

Makayla Presser-Palmer, Northwestern: The University of Arizona, with 31 points during the Wildcats’ 56-49 win over the Eisenhower Knights, moved within 100 of District 10’s career scoring record.

Haylee Farrell, Seneca

Haylee Farrell, Seneca: Her team-high 23 points helped the Bobcats beat North East 65-33.

Leah Pratt, Girard: Her 15 points nearly matched Iroquois’ total when the YellowJackets beat the Braves 40-18.

Reese Bruckner, Wilmington: She scored 21 points for the Greyhounds en route to their 57-35 victory against the Mercer Mustangs.

Kylie Hayes, Cambridge Springs: The Blue Devis, aided by her 22 points, beat the Rocky Grove Orioles 41-30.

Arianna Denning, Harbor Creek: Her team-high 29 points helped the Huskies win 51-41 over General McLane.

Kasey Netkowicz, McDowell: She recorded 23 points during the Trojans’ 68-47 victory against the Warren Dragons.

Eastin Post, Commodore Perry: Her line score of 24 points, 16 rebounds and eight blocked shots led the Panthers to their 51-33 win over Cochranton.

Ella Pizzo, Fairview: She personally outscored Franklin with her 15 points during the Tigers 30-point victory.

Courtney Perrye, Conneaut (Pennsylvania): Her 27 points nearly matched Meadville’s total when the Eagles defeated the Bulldogs 65-31.

Ava Cascio, Greenville: The Trojans, highlighted by her 21-point effort, beat the Hickory Hornets 61-50.

Mari Nixon, Mercyhurst Prep: Her 22 points were the most for the Lakers during their 67-40 win over the Union City Bears.

Rylee Nickerson, Corry: She totaled 18 points for the Beavers, whose 45-34 win over Fort LeBoeuf clinched the program’s first winning season since 2010-11.

Brooklyn Ramsey, Sharpsville: The Blue Devils beat the Farrell Steelers 49-41 in part because of her 17-point performance.

Maggie Means, Maplewood: The Tigers, highlighted by her 25 points, rallied for a 53-39 win against Saegertown.

Boys swimming

Anderson Tessner, Fairview: The freshman led off two of the Tigers’ relay winners during their 126-40 defeat of Union City.

Brennan Hart, Iroquois swimming, Jan. 17, 2026.

Brennan Hart, Iroquois: The Braves needed each of his four wins when they edged North East 64-61.

Alex Fickenworth, McDowell: He was a triple winner for the Trojans when they beat the Warren Dragons 136-42.

Girls swimming

Taylor Amon, Iroquois: She was a four-time victor for the Braves during their 78-48 win against the North East Grapepickers.

Nina van Helden, Fairview: She won four times during the Tigers’ 130-39 win against the Union City Bears.

Raelynn Schwab, McDowell: Her maximum four wins also contributed to the Trojans’ 136-45 victory vs. Warren.
