Thibaut Courtois is looking to extend his stay with Real Madrid, where he is under contract until June 2026.
Having arrived from Chelsea in the summer of 2018, the 33-year-old Belgian international goalkeeper has established himself as a cornerstone of the Merengues. With 288 official matches played and 113 clean sheets to his name, Courtois has left a lasting mark between the Madrid posts.

While ESPN reported in early July that an agreement had been reached for an extension through 2027, the former Atlético player confirmed his desire to stay to Football Espana:
I want to stay at Real Madrid for as long as possible. Negotiations for an extension are ongoing. My dream is to finish my career at Real Madrid.
After a season marked by a lengthy injury absence, Courtois now looks ready to reclaim the starting role with ambition and loyalty. A new contract could definitively secure his future in the Spanish capital.
