Former Real Madrid player Predrag Mijatovic does not see Kylian Mbappé as the leader of Álvaro Arbeloa's squad.

After the defeat against Benfica (4-2) in the Champions League, Kylian Mbappé made headlines with a strongly worded outburst. Two days later, former Madridista Predrag Mijatovic revealed he does not consider the Frenchman a sufficient leader for Los Blancos.

"I think Real are missing a leader, not just a player who can make a difference. I don't see a leader who can say: 'What are we doing here?' A Sergio Ramos, Modric, Benzema, Fernando Hierro, Raúl... A true leader to follow. Mbappé is a great footballer, but he's not a leader. Zidane wasn't a leader with the French team, but he was the best player. Scoring goals doesn't make Mbappé a leader," Mijatovic explained on Cadena SER.
