Inter keeping an eye on Morten Frendrup and Mandela Keita

Serie A giants Inter are keeping an eye on Genoa’s Morten Frendrup and Parma star Mandela Keita.

La Gazzetta dello Sportreport today that the Nerazzurri are considering the sale of Piotr Zielinski. While getting a new club for him is difficult because of his age, contract and injury history across the previous season, Cristian Chivu wants a midfielder who is a ball-winner.

As a result, Inter are keeping an eye on Frendrup. They have already inquired about the Dane when Inter spoke to Genoa about Valentin Carboni some weeks ago. Piero Ausilio has been monitoring him closely for a year now and the midfielder’s current valuation is at €20 million.

Keita’s valuation at Parma is quite the same. Chivu likes the Belgian from his time at Parma and everything can now hinge on Inter’s sales and how much they invest in Ademola Lookman. Balancing incomings and outgoings will help them sign another midfielder.
