Ricardo Pepi and Antonee Robinson rumored to be transfer targets

A pair of Americans could be moving in the Premier League

As the January transfer window inches towards its frantic and at times desperate end a pair of USMNT players are rumored to be targeted by new teams. Ricardo Pepi has been linked to a move to Fulham since the summer and the team has reportedly submitted a bid worth approximately $38 million for the striker. The move for Pepi comes as he is recovering from a broken arm and it may be several months until he is available. Fulham is sitting in 7th with 34 points on the year and a boost in the attack will be needed as they push for European competition.

While Pepi may be heading to Fulham, he might miss the opportunity to play with fellow USA star Antonee Robinson. Jedi is rumored to be on the transfer list for Liverpool as the team may be moving Andy Robertson this window. Liverpool sits at 6th in the current standings and could use help defensively while also getting support from Robinson’s attacking ability.

The teams will have until February 2nd to push the deals over the finish line as the Premier League transfer window will push past the end of January due to the 31st falling on a weekend.
