SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Local fighter Deonte Sleep Walker is getting ready for the Sioux Falls Boxing Classic, which will be Thursday at the District.
The welterweight champion puts his 21-1 record on the line against the No. 3 super welterweight out of Slovakia.
“It’s no joke fighting the No. 3 fighter out of a country,” Walker said. “So he’s really skilled. He’s really dangerous. But so am I. I put the work in. He put the work in. We’re going to go at it.”
