Biloxi High School (MS) has decided on who will be their next head football coach heading into the new year.
According to an announcement by the school, the Indians have promoted assistant Eric Collier to the position of head football coach at Biloxi. Collier takes over for Jamey Dubose, who left last month to accept the head coaching position at Bainbridge High School in Georgia.
One thing that Collier doesn’t lack is head coaching experience at the high school level as the new Biloxi lead man previously led Theodore (Ala.) for 10 seasons and compiled a 71-41 record between 2013-2022.
After his time at Theodore, Collier served briefly as the University of South Alabama’s Director of Football Development before landing as an assistant at Biloxi under Dubose. Biloxi hasn’t had a winning season since 2022 and a winless playoff drought that’s lasted over a decade.
The Indians ended this past season with a 3-8 record and finished ranked No. 47 in the final 2025 Mississippi High School Football Massey Rankings.
