First Period
Ross Johnston tripped Brock Nelson for the first power play, but Colorado was unable to convert.
Not much going on halfway through the period. Colorado has eight shots on goal and the Ducks have only mustered one thus far. Anaheim has had some trouble getting shots on net. A part of it is due to Colorado's defenseman poking the puck away, but the Ducks are also missing the net quite a bit.
