Deion Sanders could make the addition of the offseason.

The trend of the offseason has been the Tennessee Volunteers attempting to deal with disgruntled stars.
The program already let former starting quarterback Nico Iamaleava walk as he transferred to UCLA after reportedly demanding more money, and now they might be at risk of losing two-way star, Boo Carter.
According to a Wednesday report by the Knoxville News Sentinel, Carter's future with the Vols is "uncertain," after he missed multiple team activities and was called out by the team's leaders.
With Carter's future up in the air in Knoxville, CBS Sports reported on Thursday that should his time at Tennessee end, Deion Sanders' Colorado Buffaloes are a program that could be in play to land Carter.
"Should the situation end up with Carter not returning to Tennessee, Colorado would be a school to watch as a potential destination, sources told CBS Sports," read the report. "The Buffaloes were a factor in his high school recruitment and would likely afford him the opportunity to play on both sides of the ball, which he did in high school and sparingly in spring practice for the Vols. Carter also returned punts for the Vols as a freshman."
In his lone season at Tennessee, Carter racked up 38 total tackles, one sack and interception. He was also a dynamic punt returner for the Vols, and was expected to have a role on offense in 2025.
Although he ended up at Tennessee, both Michigan and Colorado made extremely hard pushes for him with those around Boulder extremely confident in their chances.
In terms of how he would end up in Boulder, that is unknown at this time.
Summer transfer portal window
According to CBS Sports, the NCAA Committee on Legislative Relief issued a waiver that allows designated players to enter the transfer portal from July 7 to August 5. That being said, the report revealed that these players will be walk-ons or "back-end of the roster scholarship players."
The two potential possibilities that stand out at this time are if he is dismissed from the program and joins as a walk-on, or if he unenrolls as a student and is a walk-on elsewhere, with the latter being what now-Tulane quarterback Jake Retzlaff did after leaving BYU earlier this month.
One thing is for certain, programs around the country will be monitored closely.
