Former Georgia OL enters portal after two seasons as Big Ten starter

Former Georgia Bulldogs offensive lineman enters the NCAA transfer portal for the second time of his career

Former Georgia Bulldogs offensive lineman Aliou Bah has entered the NCAA transfer portal after spending the past two seasons as the Maryland Terrapins' starting right guard. Bah is a former three-star recruit from IMG Academy.

The 6-foot-6, 330-pound offensive lineman is expected to visit several SEC schools and is one of the top available linemen in the transfer portal. Bah was born in Memphis, Tennessee, so he could be looking to transfer closer to home.

247Sports ranks Bah as the No. 911 player in the transfer portal. He's ranked as a three-star transfer and is the No. 67 interior offensive lineman. Bah has logged over 1,500 career snaps and has allowed just one sack.

Bah originally signed with Georgia as a member of the class of 2022. He redshirted in 2022 and then played in three games in 2023 before transferring to Maryland.

Bah was a Maryland team captain for the game against the Washington Huskies. The offensive lineman earned recognition from Pro Football Focus for his performance against Florida Atlantic and Maryland recognized him for his efforts in a win over Wisconsin.

Maryland got off to a 4-0 start to the 2025 college football season before losing eight straight games. The Terrapins did not have a player rush for over 100 yards all season.
