Purdue looks to move to 6-0 in conference play.
We’ve made it folks. We are through the games where the Paint Crew is gone for the winter break. The students have returned. The Paint Crew will be out in full force as Iowa comes into Mackey Arena to try and improve to 6-0 in conference play. They couldn’t come back at a better time as Purdue has struggled to finish some games in Mackey against teams like Washington and Penn State.
Iowa is limping into Mackey Arena after losing their last two games (at Minnesota and home against Illinois) by a total of 9 points. So yes, two losses, but they weren’t exactly blowouts. Iowa has a lot of talent on this roster and it certainly won’t be an easy one, but I do think having the Paint Crew back in full force will make a huge difference.
