Kaillie Humphries has won gold medals in the Winter Olympics for both the USA and Canada.
Kaillie Humphries carries the hopes of the USA in next month's Milan Cortina Winter Olympics. The bobsledder won gold for Canada in the two-women bobsled in 2010 and '14. She earned a bronze in 2018. She has represented the USA in the thrilling sports since 2019, leaving her home country because of alleged abuse and harassment from the country's bobsled federation. Humphries won the monobob event in 2022 at Beijing, two months after becomin a naturalized U.S. citizen. That made her the first woman to win gold medals for two different countries.
