Ten in a row!
Barcelona are enjoying their best ever run under manager Hansi Flick after picking up a 10th straight win in all competitions by beating Real Madrid 3-2 in the final of the Spanish Super Cup.
The Catalan giants have been in superb form since their last defeat to Chelsea in the Champions League back in November.
Flick vowed after the match that we’d see “a better Barça in the future” and has been as good as his word, as his team have swept all before them since that disappointing night at Stamford Bridge.
Barcelona’s run of form is also the first team the team have won 10 in a row since the days of Luis Enrique. The Catalans managed the same feat back in 2016.
Flick and his team will be expected to make it 11 wins in a row next time out when they take on Racing in the last 16 of the Copa del Rey.
The Catalans will be big favorites but will know that Thursday’s opponents knocked out Villarreal in the last round.
