The New York Knicks have had a busy offseason thus far as they made a head coaching change and have also made two notable additions to their roster.

Of course, the Knicks fired head coach Tom Thibodeau to begin the offseason despite them reaching the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2000 last season and after about a month of interviews, they elected to hire former Sacramento Kings coach Mike Brown.

During free agency, the Knicks made two notable signings as they added Jordan Clarkson and Guerschon Yabusele to upgrade their second unit.

Now the Knicks have one more spot on their roster they are looking to fill and they have recently been linked to an All-Star guard who is attempting to make an NBA comeback after dealing with multiple injuries.

According to Bovada, the Knicks have the eighth-best odds (+1200) to sign Victor Oladipo this offseason.

The Indiana Pacers are the favorite (+275) to sign him and they are followed by the Washington Wizards (+450) and Charlotte Hornets (+500).

Of course, Oladipo has not played in the NBA since the 2022-23 season with the Miami Heat after dealing with multiple injuries.

Despite this, the 33-year-old guard is looking to make a comeback next season and he could be a solid addition to many contenders’ rosters, including the Knicks’.

Oladipo is a solid scorer and defender who would bring a spark off the bench for the Knicks, which is something that they desperately need after their struggles with their second unit last season.

While that may be the case, the addition of Clarkson has already provided that for New York but that may not stop them from taking a chance on adding Oladipo to their roster as well to fill their final roster spot.

Despite this, New York could also hold off on targeting Oladipo due to his injury history as they could look elsewhere to add a veteran to their bench.
