The Indiana Fever have experienced a season full of highs and lows through their first 24 games. Sitting at 12–12 following a loss to the New York Liberty, they've remained competitive—despite Caitlin Clark missing nearly half of their games due to various injuries.

Clark was sidelined again on Tuesday as she continues to rehab a groin injury suffered just before the All-Star break. After the game, the Fever offered fans a bright spot by unveiling some exciting news.

With Stranger Things 5 set to premiere on Netflix this fall, the Fever revealed the return of a custom alternate jersey inspired by the hit show’s signature font and style. The design has already received praise from fans and players alike.

Clark even shared the Fever’s post featuring her in the alternate jersey on her Instagram story following the announcement with a wordless reaction.

Fans reacted to the jersey:

"I've never purchased an item so fast in my life!" A fan said.

Someone else added, "Thanks for listening to the fans!!!!!!!"

Another person wrote, "W for bringing them back."

Many Fever fans are still hopeful they'll get to see Caitlin Clark suit up in the new alternate jersey at some point this season. Despite her standout performances when healthy, it’s been a frustrating year for Clark.

She’s been limited to just 13 of the team’s 25 games so far, including the Commissioner's Cup. Most recently, she was forced to miss both the 3-Point Contest and the All-Star Game—both hosted at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis—disappointing thousands of hometown fans.

Clark has since opened up about the challenges of dealing with injuries and the frustration of missing out on those big moments.

"When the injury happened, it was pretty frustrating, considering I knew what the coming days were going to hold for myself," Clark said. "But I think it all comes back to having good perspective on everything. You know, certainly there's a frustration and a little bit of sadness, but at the same time, I've been able to have a great time, too."
