Kewan Lacy gave Ole Miss an electrifying start offensively in the College Football Playoff semifinals.
The Rebels running back, who came in with over 1,400 rushing yards on the season, broke free for a 73-yard touchdown in the second quarter against the Miami Hurricanes to give his team the lead. However, celebrations became concern for Lacy soon after.
Lacy was absent from Ole Miss' next drive after reportedly tweaking his hamstring.

Lacy had the first highlight of the Fiesta Bowl, exploding through a dominant Miami defense to give Ole Miss a 7-3 lead at the beginning of the second quarter.

However, when it came time for Ole Miss' next offensive drive, Lacy was absent. The ESPN broadcast showed the running back on the bike on the sideline, trying to warm up after reportedly tweaking his right hamstring.

Lacy did not return for the Rebels' entire following drive, which resulted in a field goal. Logan Diggs was in at running back in Lacy's absence.
