Liverpool faced off against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Reds made a solid start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.
The Merseyside club controlled the game well in the second 45 minutes and earned a hard-fought 0-0 draw at the Emirates.
Let’s take a look at how each Liverpool player fared during the clash against the Gunners.
Alisson made a couple of solid saves at the back and secured a vital clean sheet away from home.
RB: Conor Bradley – 7/10
He was unfortunate to hit the post in the first half and was good on the ball in the second.
CB: Ibrahima Konate – 7/10
Konate performed his defensive duties well and was tidy with his ball distribution.
CB: Virgil Van Dijk – 7/10
He hardly put a foot wrong defensively and controlled the game well from the back.

LB: Milos Kerkez – 7/10
He performed his defensive responsibilities well and made one good run with the ball.
CM: Alexis Mac Allister – 6.5/10
Mac Allister was a positive influence at both ends of the field.
CM: Ryan Gravenberch – 7/10
He anchored the midfield well and made one promising run with the ball.
RW: Jeremie Frimpong – 6.5/10
Frimpong got himself into some dangerous areas in the final third but lacked the cutting edge up top.
CAM: Dominik Szoboszlai – 6.5/10
He worked his socks off and was not shy of having a strike at goal. However, Szoboszlai didn’t have his shooting boots on tonight.
LW: Florian Wirtz – 6.5/10
Wirtz made two good runs with the ball and made one key chance in the final third. However, he failed to threaten the Arsenal goal.
He was strong on the ball and came back to defend when he could. However, Gakpo never looked like he would find the back of the net.
