Raiders tied team record in sack fest
The Las Vegas Raiders have struggled to generate constant pass-rush for several seasons.
The 2025 season was no different. Yet, the club ended the 2025 season with a strong pass-rush showing in a 14-12 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
Against a battered Kansas City offensive line, the Raiders had eight sacks.
Defensive ends Tyree Wilson and Charles Snowden each had two sacks as did rookie defensive tackle Tonka Hemingway. According to the Raiders’ public relations department, it was the third time since sacks became an official start in 1982 that the Raiders had , at least, three players have two sacks in aa single game. It was the first time since 1986.
Also, linebacker Devin White had 1.5 sacks. So, what a way to end the season.
