Area sports highlights feature youth slowpitch softball, golf and horseshoes

WATERTOWN — Forty-nine teams are scheduled to play Saturday and Sunday, July 26-25, in the 2025 USA Softball of South Dakota State Youth Slowpitch Softball Tournament at Koch Complex.

The tourney kicks off at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

The field includes 38 girls teams in five divisions (10-and-under, 12-and-under, 14-and-under, 16-and-under and 18-and-under) and 11 boys teams in three divisions (12-and-under, 14-and-under and 18-and-under.

Brackets for the tourneys are posted online on usasoftballofsouthdakota.com.
