Superstar first baseman Bryce Harper is in his seventh season with the Philadelphia Phillies, having joined the club on a record-breaking 13-year, $330 million contract in March of 2019.
The 32-year-old veteran was baseball’s number-one overall pick in the 2010 MLB Draft and debuted with the Washington Nationals, immediately cementing himself as one of the game’s most feared hitters by winning NL Rookie of the Year and capturing his first MVP award in 2015.
Since arriving in Philadelphia, he has remained a dominant force, capturing his second NL MVP in 2022 and earning two All-Star selections along the way.
Harper also played a pivotal role in the Phillies’ recent postseason runs, batting .325 with 38 hits, 12 home runs, 24 RBIs and 29 runs scored across 34 playoff games over three trips to October.
Ahead of Tuesday’s game against the Boston Red Sox, Harper announced on Instagram his latest signature cleats with Under Armour were available for purchase: the Harper 10 King of Diamonds.
Harper first partnered with Under Armour in April 2011—ten months before his MLB debut. By May 2016, he had signed a 10-year extension—the largest endorsement deal in baseball history at the time—cementing a partnership that continues to this day.
After missing time with right wrist inflammation in June, he rebounded swiftly and has since been outstanding in the heart of Philadelphia’s lineup.
Over 72 games this season, Harper is batting .271 with an .877 OPS, 13 home runs and 41 RBIs, reinforcing his status as one of baseball’s elite hitters.
