After going 152-23 and winning four straight state championships, Jeremy Blunt decided to step down from coaching his alma mater on Friday.
Coach Blunt led his Phantoms to a 51-game winning-streak, which was snapped this season to the hands of Warwick. It’s the second longest winning-streak in VHSL history, only behind Phoebus teams of old.
Blunt told Craig Loper he plans to pursue other professional opportunities.
