JUST IN: Michigan Football true freshman RB Jasper Parker is entering the transfer portal:
Announced on Friday afternoon, Michigan Wolverines true freshman running back Jasper Parker is entering the transfer portal.
The Louisiana native and former four-star recruit appeared in six games as a first-year player in Ann Arbor, racking up 25 rush attempts for 93 yards and two touchdowns.
Notably, he did not receive any playing time in the Citrus Bowl, even with Jordan Marshall and Justice Haynes both sidelined with injuries. Instead, Michigan opted to play Bryson Kuzdzal and Micah Ka’apana at the running back position against Texas.
With five-star Savion Hiter coming in and the other guys already being ahead of him on the depth chart, Parker entering the portal is not a surprise whatsoever. However, as we do with all other players that enter the portal, we wish Parker nothing but the best as he attempts to find his next college football home.
