Victor Wembanyama left Wednesday's game between the New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs with an apparent leg injury.

The injury took place early in the fourth quarter as the Knicks held a 102-96 lead. Wembanyama appeared to hyperextend his left knee when landing after securing a rebound. He fell to the floor and needed to be helped up.

He then limped to the locker room.

The nature of the injury wasn't initially clear. The Spurs didn't provide an injury report in the moments after Wembanyama left the court.

This story will be updated as more is learned about Wembanyama's injury.
