WEBSTER, N.Y. (WROC) – The Schroeder girls basketball team picked up its fifth win in a row on Tuesday, defeating Eastridge 67-53.
The two teams traded buckets in the first quarter. Schroeder led just 12-9 after the first eight minutes.
The Warriors pulled ahead in the second, extending their lead to 36-22 at the half.
Schroeder continued to pile on after the break, leading 54-36 with one quarter to play. Although Eastridge cut into the deficit in the final frame, Schroeder’s lead was too much to overcome.
Schroeder (5-1) will host Thomas on Friday, January 2. Eastridge (2-2) will host Victor on Tuesday, January 6.
