Leeds United will clash heads with Liverpool at Anfield this Thursday evening as they look to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Whites managed to earn a hard-fought 1-1 draw away at Sunderland recently, which should keep them in good spirits ahead of this game at Merseyside.
Daniel Farke will set his players up in a 5-3-2 formation once again and is expected to make one change to his first XI for this contest. James Justin will probably get the nod to play from the start of this game as Joe Rodon is currently out of action due to an ankle injury.

Defence
Lucas Perri will operate in between the sticks for the Whites after he conceded one goal in his last outing. Jayden Bogle, Jaka Bijol and Pascal Struijk will play as the centre-backs for Leeds United as they look to keep the opposition attackers frustrated throughout the game.
James Justin will try to catch the eye as the right-back, while Gabriel Gudmundsson fills in on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.
Sebastiaan Bornauw will provide cover for the centre-back positions on the bench. However, Joe Rodon will be sidelined for this clash due to injury.

Midfield
Anton Stach, Ethan Ampadu and Brenden Aaronson will make up Leeds’ midfield. All three of them would try their best to make life tough for the opposition at the centre of the park and engineer some clear-cut chances on the counter.
Ao Tanaka and Wilfried Gnonto will have to settle for a place on the bench as they wait for their chance to shine in the second 45 minutes if required.
Attack
Noah Okafor and Dominic Calvert-Lewin will lead the charge for the West Yorkshire club in the final third. Both of them need to combine well if the Whites are to pose a threat on the counter.
Joel Piroe and Lukas Nmecha will have to be content with a spot on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the latter stages if Leeds are in need of a goal by then.
