Maryland football is set to bring in several new faces over the offseason, but that didn’t stop it from locking down one of the cornerstones of its secondary.
Jamare Glasker announced his return to Maryland football Monday following a successful first year in College Park.
Glasker recorded a tied-team-high four interceptions in 2025, including three in consecutive games. One of them — a pick against UCLA — was returned to the house. He also finished the year with 72 total tackles, 1.5 for loss, and deflected two passes.
The Temple Hills, Maryland, native came to the Terps after beginning his career at Wake Forest. He was classed as a redshirt junior this season and has one year of eligibility remaining.
Glasker is the second cornerback to announce his return to Maryland, following the Terps’ other top option Dontay Joyner.
