No. 5 Oregon Ducks reveal Orange Bowl uniform

The Oregon Ducks will wear white jerseys with gray pants and a black helmet when they face Texas Tech in the Orange Bowl on Jan. 1.

This will mark the first time this season the Ducks have worn gray pants. The Ducks’ black Orange Bowl helmet features silver feathers, a combination used in two prior games this season.

At first glance, the uniforms appear to lack either of the team’s primary colors, green or yellow.

However, the jersey numbers are outlined in shimmering dark green, more noticeable when the light hits the jerseys just right.

Oregon wore the same jerseys at Penn State and Rutgers.

The No. 5 Ducks (12-1) and No. 4 Texas Tech (12-1) will kick off shortly after noon from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
