Report – Inter Milan Seriously Considering Atalanta Wingback As Immediate Replacement For Denzel Dumfries

Atalanta wingback Raoul Bellanova could reportedly return to Inter Milan this winter to replace the injured Denzel Dumfries.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri are entertaining the prospect of re-signing the Italian star.

Raoul Bellanova spent the 2022/23 season on loan at San Siro.

However, after making just three Serie A starts, he returned to his parent club, Cagliari, only to join Torino that summer.

Fast forward two years, and Bellanova is one of the most highly rated wingbacks in Italy’s elite division.

With Denzel Dumfries expected to stay on the sidelines until March, Inter are in the market for defensive reinforcements.
