Arnaud Kalimuendo (23) continues to play a peripheral role under Sean Dyche at Nottingham Forest and he could, therefore, be on the move in January.
As previously reported by L’Équipe, the Frenchman is the subject of interest from Paris FC, who are looking to strengthen in attack in January, given the disappointing performances from summer signing Willem Geubbels.
However, Nice-Matin now reports that they could face competition from Ligue 1 rivals OGC Nice. Like Les Parisiens, they are looking to strengthen in attack next month. Eintracht Frankfurt’s Elye Wahi is a target, however, Nice-Matin understands that there are some doubts about the former Olympique de Marseille forward’s immaturirty.
As a result, Le Gym are looking at other targets, including Kalimuendo. The former Stade Rennais forward is appreciated by Franck Haise and Florian Maurice. However, it would be a more costly deal, given the salary that he is currently earning at Nottingham Forest.
