Serie A side Roma have made an approach for Chelsea defender Axel Disasi in the last 48 hours according to reports.
Disasi is currently part of the infamous bomb squad having failed to secure a move away in the summer, despite attracting interest from several clubs.
It’s believed Disasi turned down loan moves from several clubs on deadline day, and will be hoping to secure a move away in January.

Disasi has featured for Chelsea’s development side in order to maintain some sort of match fitness ahead of a potential January exit.
There had been reports Disasi could be reintegrated into the squad after he was seen in training during an international break, but Maresca has confirmed there’s no way back.
Roma are thought to be the latest club interested in Disasi.
Disasi is believed to be attracting interest from Newcastle, whilst it’s also been said the France international has held talks with Lyon.
However, it appears another club have the former Aston Villa loanee on their radar, and Tutto Mercato Web have reported Roma have made an approach.
The report adds AC Milan are also interested, with Roma looking for alow cost defensive reinforcements in the upcoming window.
Disasi has made 61 appearances for Chelsea since joining from Monaco in the summer of 2023 and has scored five goals for the club.

It’s been reported Chelsea are interested in Rennes centre back Jeremy Jacquet, with the 20-year-old attracting interest from a number of top clubs.
The France under-21 international is highly rated, but Chelsea have two young centre backs on their books in Aaron Anselmino and Mamadou Sarr, so a move for another young defender seemingly doesn’t make much sense at this point in time.
