It’s the end of the week, and a lot of people’s last day of work until the calendar turns to 2026 so what better way to celebrate than looking at the CFP and the game against Auburn? Of course, Purdue is involved in just one of those, not the CFP sorry if you’re just learning that from me now, but that’s what makes this question all the more interesting to me.
Before we get into the CFP discussion though let’s look at the game coming up tomorrow as part of the Indy Classic as Purdue takes on the Auburn Tigers.
92% of readers think Purdue will beat Auburn in the second game of the Indy Classic. Now, I know this isn’t the same Auburn team as last year, hell it’s not even the same coach on the sideline, but this is still an Auburn team that can be pretty dangerous. 92% seems pretty confident but I love that confidence.
Next, who are you going to be rooting for in the CFP? I couldn’t include every team in the playoff without the results and question both becoming unwieldy so I listed which teams I thought would make sense.
An incredible 31% of voters are rooting for IU. I want names and I want usernames so I can ban each and every one of you who voted for them! Give them to me now! I really thought JMU and Tulane would get more votes as the obvious underdogs. I guess I was wrong.
