Scottie Scheffler has now won three of the four majors, posting a final score of 17‑under, four shots clear of runner‑up Harris English, to win The Open.

After his final putt on the 18th green, Scottie celebrated with his caddie Ted Scott, then sprinted toward the gallery, where his wife Meredith was waiting, holding their son Bennett.

The Schefflers cherished the moment, as an emotional Meredith expressed how proud she is of her husband. Soon after, Scottie’s parents joined them, congratulating their son and showering him with blessings.

Upon lifting the Claret Jug, the World No. 1 immediately expressed his love for Meredith.

“To my family—my wife and my son—thank you so much for the support," he expressed on Sunday. "I couldn’t do any of this without you, and I just love you very much. I can’t wait to get home and celebrate."

"To my parents and the rest of the team—Teddy, Blake, Phil, everybody at home—I can’t thank you guys enough. I feel like I’ve got the best support team I could possibly have." Scottie continued.

"Everybody does such a good job of working together; everyone is so humble, and they just do a really good job. Thank y’all very much, especially you guys at home.”

Perhaps the most heartwarming moment came next, when little Bennett made his way toward his father on unsteady legs as the crowd cheered. Scottie gently set the trophy on the green and scooped his boy into his arms, continuing the celebration together.

With the third step of the Grand Slam complete, the U.S. Open remains the lone major Scottie has yet to win. Given Scottie's top form in recent years, fans can expect a Scheffler family celebration at the U.S. Open sooner rather than later.
