Exclusive claims Alejandro Garnacho is ‘doing his homework’ on joining another club that’s not Chelsea

In some news that will probably please many Chelsea fans, Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho is not thinking about joining Chelsea.

Well, at least he is more ‘doing his homework’ on joining a different Premier League team right now that is not Chelsea.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea start talks to sign Premier League centre back this week!

The Blues are getting busy towards the end of this summer transfer window as we near the latter end of it now.

We just had a ‘here we go’ done transfer deal for defender Mamadou Sarr to go back to Strasbourg on loan this season despite Chelsea only signing him from them on a permanent deal just weeks earlier. Madness.

And it appears that striker Nicolas Jackson’s repsare in talks with Manchester United right now regarding a potential move to Old Trafford this summer.

So things are going on…

Garnacho is keen to stay in the Premier League and, attracted by the prospect of working under Unai Emery, would be open to a move to Aston Villa, TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey reports.

Bailey states: “Alejandro Garnacho wants to stay in England, and there are only so many options. Chelsea, we know, like him, whilst Tottenham have maintained contact.

“But Aston Villa have emerged as an option, I am told the player has done his homework on the possibility of working with Unai Emery, and he has heard good things.

“Emery knows how to get a tune out of these young talents – we have seen it with the likes of Morgan Rogers, indeed, could Garnacho replace the England man? It is not impossible.

“Villa want to make some impact on the market this summer, and Garnacho could be just that for them.”

Not the most popular transfer target

I think Garnacho to Villa seems quite likely at the minute, and Chelsea fans in general will be pleased because he’s not exactly been the most popular transfer target they have ever been linked with!
