LSU Gymnastics legend, Haleigh Bryant, will be joining the LSU coaching staff for the 2026 season, just months after her collegiate career came to an end.
Haleigh Bryant is one of, if not the most decorated gymnast in LSU history. She won two individual National Championships, five individual SEC Championships, the 2024 SEC Gymnast of the Year award, 2024 AAI Award, 2024 Honda Sport Award and led the Tigers to their first National Championship in program history in 2024.
Bryant joined the coaching staff just days after Ashleigh Gnat, a 17-time All-American and 2017 NCAA Floor Champion, left LSU to pursue a life outside of coaching. The former Tiger was an elite gymnast for the Tigers before heading to the coaching side of things, where she focused on balance beam, once her collegiate career ended.
This is great news of Jay Clark and the Tigers, who bring back one of the all-time greats in LSU history. Bryant is one of the most experienced gymnasts in the country and will be able to contribute right away, whether that's as a recruiter or in the gym.
