Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark won't be able to participate in the WNBA All-Star 2025 events due to injury. As a result, the league had to replace her in both the All-Star Game and the 3-point contest.

Clark's replacement for the All-Star Game was announced on Thursday, with Washington Mystics guard Brittney Sykes getting the nod. As for the 3-point contest, the WNBA revealed Friday morning that Clark's Fever teammate and good friend Lexie Hull will take her spot.

"Indiana Fever guard Lexie Hull is set to replace Caitlin Clark in the Starry 3-Point Contest," the WNBA wrote. The Fever also shared the news on social media.

Clark, for her part, was quick to react to the development and shared it on her Instagram Stories. The All-Star playmaker also sent a message to Hull, as she expressed her excitement.

"Let's get ittttt," Clark wrote.

Lexie Hull leads the Fever in 3-point shooting percentage at 46.8% through 18 games played. She's making an average of 1.3 triples on 2.7 attempts per game. With those numbers, it's no surprise why she was chosen to fill in for Caitlin Clark.

With the Fever and the city of Indianapolis hosting the All-Star festivities, it's only fitting to have a representative from the team. Hull is a fan favorite in Indiana, so she should be able to draw a crowd to the event as well.

Hull is going to face Sonia Citron of the Washington Mystics, Kelsey Plum of the Los Angeles Sparks, Allisha Gray of the Atlanta Dream and Sabrina Ionescu of the New York Liberty for the 3-point crown.
