Reportedly, the Belgian has really started to attract transfer interest on the back of his form from last campaign. This includes the interest of Tottenham Hotspur.
And then, big clubs in Serie A are also lining up a move for former Juventus defender De Winter.
The likes of Inter Milan, Napoli, and Atalanta are all targeting the Belgian.
Inter Target Koni De Winter Turns Down Saudi Offer
According to Belgian reporter Sacha Tavolieri, meanwhile, a Saudi club has made an offer for De Winter.
The offer to Genoa is worth €25 million. Meanwhile, De Winter himself would obviously stand to greatly increase his earnings.
However, according to Tavolieri, De Winter’s priority is to move to a club within Europe.
The Belgian is a target for Inter. However, as Tavolieri note, the Nerazzurri would have to offload a defender before they could move for the 23-year-old Genoa defender.
