Pennsbury graduate Callan Fang of Harvard selected by Minnesota Twins in Major League Baseball Draft
Former Pennsbury right-handed pitcher Callan Fang went to the Minnesota Twins in the 13th round of the Major League Baseball Draft on Monday.
The 389th overall pick, the 6-foot-3, 215-pounder Fang earned second-team All-Ivy League honors as a junior this spring at Harvard University. He pitched 64 innings, compiling a 3-3 record with 20 walks, 62 strikeouts and a team-best 4.36 ERA.
The Ivy League Pitcher of the Year as a sophomore, Fang was a designated hitter and pitcher at Pennsbury. He was a first-team Courier Times/Intell pick at pitcher as a senior.
North Penn graduate Dylan Brown, a left-handed pitcher, was an eighth-round choice of the Red Sox (No. 238 overall). A junior at Old Dominion, Brown had a 3-3 record with a 5.40 ERA in 2025. Brown is a 6-5, 230-pounder.
