Week 1 is officially underway, and all eyes in the college football world will be affixed to Columbus on Saturday when Texas visits Ohio State. The top-five matchup is filled with storylines, including the official debut of the Arch Manning era at Texas.

For Ohio State, its the Buckeyes’ first game since capturing a national title last winter in Atlanta. Will Howard is gone, with redshirt freshman Julian Sayin earning the nod. But Ryan Day returns wide receiver Jeremiah Smith and safety Caleb Downs, arguably the two best players in the sport.

For Texas and Steve Sarkisian, the last time the Longhorns played was a loss to Ohio State in the College Football Playoff semifinals. Saturday is a chance at redemption and to set the tone for a season filled with national championship hopes.
