Nobody expected a classy night of action at “smelly” Mike Perry’s Dirty Boxing Championship.
The fledgling combat sports promotion features a hybrid ruleset that is essentially four-ounce gloved boxing matches with ground-and-pound, and it’s already been the site of some wild knockouts. The promotion staged its third event last night (Fri., Aug. 29, 2025), as DBX 3 went down inside The Hangar at Regatta Harbour in Miami, Florida and featured some well-known ex-UFC names like Jairzinho Rozenstruik and Bryan Battle.
Before those heavy hitters threw down, however, relative unknowns Sean Hotusing and Dustin Bailey threw down in the first half of the evening’s action. Midway through the second round, Bailey clipped Hotusing as the duo exchanged right hands, putting his foe on the floor for the knockout victory.
Watch the finish below:
All in all, that’s a nice knockout but nothing too remarkable. The chaos really heated up afterward, when an agitated Hotusing attacked a security guard in the middle of Bailey’s post-fight interview! It’s hard to tell for sure, but it looks like the security guard said something to Hotusing as he was walking out of the ring. Either way, multiple guards got involved, and Mike Perry on the hot mic didn’t seem to surprised or bothered by the chaos.

I suppose sometimes these things happen in Dirty Boxing?
