Alabama wide receiver Cole Adams looks to continue his breakout campaign after missing part of the 2024 season due to injury.
Coming off an injury that ended his 2024 season early, the 2025 campaign could be a big one for Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver Cole Adams.
Entering year three in Tuscaloosa, Adams began to have a breakout season a year ago, but saw that 2024 campaign cut short due to an injury. Adams also went down with an injury earlier in the year against South Florida, but returned to action weeks later.
Looking ahead to 2025 however, Adams has now since returned to full health, and looks to pick up where he left off prior to injury a year ago this fall.

Entering his third season of college football at Alabama, Adams' impact has been evident most across the last two seasons on special teams where he has been one of the Crimson Tide's top return options, returning 11 punts for 58 yards, as well as a kickoff for 15 yards. Adams also has a combined eight receptions for 105 yards across the last two seasons.

As mentioned previously, the 2024 season was a breakout one for Adams in year one under Kalen DeBoer, hauling in a career-high six receptions for 94 yards across seven games. Adams also emerged as a special teams option as he returned 11 punts for 58 yards, as well as a kickoff for 15 yards.

A player who committed to Alabama back in June 2022, Adams came to Tuscaloosa considered as the nation's No. 303 overall player in the 2023 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. Rated as a four-star prospect, Adams was also considered as the No. 43 overall wide receiver in the cycle, as well as the No. 5 player in the state of Oklahoma where he attended Owasso High School.

Part of a truly loaded Alabama wide receiver room, it feels likely that he will see Adams often in 2025, but as for the potential role, that could be a question mark.
