Kevin de Bruyne's Napoli debut arrived with big expectations, and he certainly lived up to them.
The Belgium international made his competitive bow as the reigning Serie A champions began their defence with trip to Sassuolo on Saturday evening.
Even before a ball was kicked, he had made Partenopei history as their oldest outfield debutant in 30 years since Italy's advent of three points for a win.
But it wasn't long before De Bruyne left a real mark with a free kick that eluded the hosts' defence and nestled in the far corner to double the lead for Antonio Conte's side.

Even at the age of 34, he still has magic in his boots!
